An earthquake with a magnitude of 4.1 occurred off the coast of Kamchatka

This was reported by RIA Novosti with reference to the Kamchatka branch of the Unified Geophysical Service of the Russian Academy of Sciences.

The shock occurred on Monday, 129 kilometers from Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky at a depth of 40 kilometers.

The regional department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations noted that the inhabitants of the settlements did not feel the earthquake and did not contact the operational services.

Earlier, an earthquake with a magnitude of 5.2 was recorded off the coast of Kamchatka.
