To enforce the new restrictive measures in Ile-de-France over Easter weekend, 6,600 police officers and gendarmes will be deployed in the region, announced the Paris police headquarters on its Twitter account this Saturday.
Thursday, Emmanuel Macron announced that the restrictive measures, already in 19 departments including Ile-de-France, would be extended to the entire territory from this Saturday 7 p.m.

End of the take-out sale of alcoholic beverages
If Ile-de-France has been subjected to these braking measures for a week, the checks will intensify for the Easter weekend.
In its press release, the prefecture recalls that gatherings of more than six people on public roads are prohibited.
The sale of alcoholic drinks to take away from bars and restaurants will be prohibited in Ile-de-France from Sunday morning.
In addition, alcohol consumption on public roads is now prohibited in the perimeters of the banks of the Seine between the Arts and Sully bridges, the Saint-Martin canal and in the Butte aux cailles district.
The authorities also recall that the curfew applies every day, from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m.
