For his part, the Lebanese Prime Minister-designate Saad Hariri, Saturday, expressed his solidarity with Jordan's King Abdullah II in protecting the country's security.

The Chairman of the Jordanian Joint Chiefs of Staff, Major General Yusef Ahmad Al-Huneiti, confirmed that the allegations published about Prince Hamzah bin Al-Hussein's arrest were incorrect, but he indicated that he was asked to stop the movements and activities that are used to target Jordan's security and stability within the framework of comprehensive joint investigations carried out by the security services, and he was arrested.
