Pirmasens (dpa / lrs) - A young couple was suddenly attacked with pepper spray on their own door in Pirmasens.
The 22-year-old man opened the door after the doorbell rang, the police said on Saturday.
Pepper spray was then sprayed in his eyes without warning.
His pregnant 21-year-old partner also got the spray during the attack on Friday evening.
The 22-year-old closed the door immediately with presence of mind.
Through a window he saw two people in dark clothes run away.
