Leipzig (dpa) - Julian Nagelsmann experienced a “perfect” game in his coaching career - but that was a bit behind.

"With the Hoffenheim U19 we won 6-0 at Bayern - everything was there," said Nagelsmann to the editorial network Germany (RND).

“We scored goals from the pressing, from the counter-pressing, by standard, one by long-range shot, prepared with a cross, and one by kicking.

That felt pretty good and, yes, perfect. "

The 33-year-old Nagelsmann, who plays this Saturday (6.30 p.m. / Sky) in the top game of the Bundesliga with the Saxons against table leaders FC Bayern, has been employed in Leipzig since summer 2019.

He was the Hoffenheim junior coach until February 2016 before he was promoted to coach of the TSG professionals.
