A local employee at the Yangon branch of Shinhan Bank Myanmar died on the 2nd, who was shot in the head of a Myanmar military police while riding a company vehicle while leaving work.



A local employee, A, was known to have had an operation in the hospital the day before, but ended up not awakening and dying.



Earlier, on the 31st of last month, Mr. A was shot in the head while on the way home in a car provided by the company at around 5 pm on the 31st of last month, and was transferred to the hospital for treatment.



At the time, it was known that the military and police were being checked against vehicles in the vicinity.



This is the first time a victim has emerged among domestic corporate employees who have entered the country since the coup in Myanmar on February 1st.
