“In the city of Barnaul, a local resident, a citizen of the Russian Federation born in 2000, was detained, planning to carry out actions of“ direct action ”on the instructions of the so-called curator of the Ukrainian nationalist organization“ Ethnic National Association ”(ENO),” the message says.
