The Dubai Misdemeanor Court acquitted a person of the charge of facilitating the abuse of a female psychotropic substance, accused of abuse and referred to a misdemeanor court, explaining its lack of jurisdiction over charges of possession of narcotic and psychotropic substances, and abuse.
A Dubai police witness said that information received according to which the accused used narcotic substances and possesses drugs for the purpose of promotion, and after taking legal measures, the police moved to his place, and by searching his vehicle, narcotic substances were found, and the accused admitted that he possessed it with the intention of using.
He pointed out that a woman was caught with him in the car, who admitted that she obtained drugs from the accused.
