China News Service, Xi’an, March 31 (Reporter Zhang Yichen) On March 31, the 25th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 13th Shaanxi Provincial People’s Congress held the second plenary meeting. After a vote, the meeting decided to appoint: Wei Jianfeng as Shaanxi Deputy Governor of the Provincial People's Government.

The meeting also decided to accept Zhao Gang's resignation from the post of Vice Governor of the Shaanxi Provincial People's Government and Xu Qifang's request to resign from the post of Vice Governor of Shaanxi Provincial People's Government.
Wei Jianfeng, born in April 1966, from Yuzhou, Henan, with a postgraduate degree and a doctorate in engineering. He started working in June 1991 and joined the Communist Party of China in May 1996.
