report from the Expert Panel of the North Korean Sanctions Committee under the UN Security Council revealed that North Korea has introduced a new medium- and short-range ballistic missile capable of carrying a nuclear warhead, a submarine-launched ballistic missile, and an intercontinental ballistic missile system.

It is likely that ballistic missiles at all ranges will be equipped with nuclear warheads.

It is consistent with North Korea's claim that nuclear weapons were miniaturized and lightweight to make them tactical weapons.

The ballistic missile's propellant fuel is changing from liquid to solid, which has also been evaluated for enhanced maneuverability.

The report said that North Korea continued to operate nuclear facilities such as Yongbyon, active activities were observed in missile-related manufacturing plants, and continued to import raw materials and technology from overseas.

It also contained a content that, led by the North Korean Reconnaissance Office, "We continued hacking operations against financial institutions and cryptocurrency exchanges to support nuclear and missile development."

Through this, it was revealed that it stole virtual assets worth $316.4 million and KRW 357.5 billion in 2019 and 2020.

Expert panel reports that North Korea imported crude oil and illegally exported coal in excess of the limit.

The report by the Expert Panel of the North Korean Sanctions Committee has been approved by the 15 members of the Security Council.
