At the debate on candidates for the 4/7 Busan mayoral by-election held by the Busan City Election Broadcasting Debate on the night of the 30th, Kim Young-chun and Democratic Party candidate Park Hyung-joon continued their negative battle.

In addition to the two candidates in accordance with Article 82-2, Paragraph 4 of the Public Official Election Act, candidate Bae Joon-hyun of the Minsheng Party was present at the debate.

First, Candidate Bae, who took the initiative in discussions, asked the positions of the two candidates, saying, "Citizens are tired of negative elections. They must hold policy elections."

Candidate Kim argued, "Because we are selecting 3.4 million Busan citizens, we must thoroughly verify our ability to carry out policies, qualities and moral qualities," and argued that the mayor of Busan, like the Ministerial Verification, must undergo reasonable verification.

Candidate Park said, "Verification is to verify illegality, corruption, and preferential treatment, but I am concerned that the ruling party in power in this election, which is underway due to their own fault, is devoted to betting the other candidate's scratches rather than a policy confrontation."

Tension continued even over Park's recently announced plans for returning property.

Candidate Kim asked the question, "Candidate Park said he would give back his wealth to society, but is he trying to overcome the difficult situation as MB did before?"

Candidate Park said, "Returning property has been ongoing and is still a business," he said. "I am not a greedy person as the Democratic Party or Candidate Kim thinks."

Neurological warfare continued in the verification of major policies.

Candidate Kim asked Candidate Bae, rather than Park Candidate, "Do you think it is possible" over Park's main pledge,'Urban Loop'.

Candidate Bae, who has emphasized public welfare by opposing large-scale construction or civil engineering, replied to this question, "I have no intention of burning until safety is verified."

Candidate Park mentioned Kim's pledge of'creating 250,000 jobs' in the discussion of his initiative and criticized him strongly, saying, "We must cancel or revise the pledge.

Each of the three candidates came up with different solutions as a way to support the vulnerable at the local government level according to Corona 19.

Candidate Kim replied, "The most vulnerable are local small and medium-sized business owners and self-employed people, but they need emergency loans that can withstand them. The central government will make loans, but it is not enough, so we will use the Busan Credit Guarantee Foundation to increase the loans."

Candidate Park said, "The fundamental solution is vaccines, but Korea is the 105th most unfortunate supply of vaccines in the world."

Candidate Bae said, "The elderly and vulnerable are the most difficult," he said. "I hope we will focus on supporting the vulnerable, such as support for funeral expenses for the elderly living alone for the vulnerable, and support for funeral procedures for the elderly living alone."
