Stuttgart (dpa / lsw) - Midfielder Orel Mangala has started individual training at VfB Stuttgart after his torn muscle fiber.
In the best spring weather, the 23-year-old completed running and passing exercises on Tuesday.
The Belgian injured his thigh a good two weeks ago in the game against TSG 1899 Hoffenheim (2-0) and was replaced early.
It is unclear whether VfB coach Pellegrino Matarazzo will be available again on Sunday (3.30 p.m. / Sky) in the home game against Werder Bremen.
