The two men, now 19 and 21 years old, were convicted in January by Solna District Court for kidnapping, aggravated rape, aggravated assault, robbery and assault in court.
The protracted process began when the two boys collided with the men on a street in Solna, late in the evening on August 22 last year.
They were then beaten and forced into a nearby cemetery, where they were subjected to violence and humiliation by the two men for several hours, according to Solna District Court.
Appealed the judgment
The district court sentenced him to nine years in prison for the 21-year-old and 5.5 years in prison for the 18-year-old, whose sentence was significantly reduced due to his age.
They would also pay damages to the teenagers.
The men have appealed on all points to the Court of Appeal, which will announce its verdict at 11 o'clock.
