Syrian President Bashar Al-Assad and his wife have recovered from COVID-19
Reuters reported that Syrian President Bashar Al-Assad and his wife Asma Al-Assad have recovered from Covid-19.
The Syrian presidency announced that President Bashar al-Assad and his wife had been infected with the Corona virus, on March 8.
"After feeling mild symptoms similar to those of infection with Covid-19 virus, President Bashar Al-Assad and Mrs. Asma Al-Assad conducted a PCR examination, and the result showed that they were infected with the virus," the presidency said in a statement posted on its Facebook page.
