March 30, 2021Red and orange zone, the color map of Italy has changed again since yesterday, waiting for Easter in the red zone for three days throughout the national territory. The new ordinances of the Minister of Health, Roberto Speranza, to contain the spread of the coronavirus, were signed on the basis of the data and indications of the last control room.



The ordinances, in force starting from Monday 29 March, provide for the passage in

the red zone for Calabria, Tuscany and Valle d'Aosta,

with new rules and prohibitions for travel and some categories of shops, and renew the measures for the Emilia Romagna Regions , Friuli Venezia Giulia, Lombardy, Marche, Piedmont, Puglia, Veneto and the Autonomous Province of Trento. The region

Lazio, on the other hand, passes into the orange zone from today 30 March

. The measures are without prejudice to any more restrictive measures already adopted on the territories.



As a result of the Decree Law of 12 March 2021, the same measures as the orange zone apply to the Regions in the yellow zone. Overall, therefore, the breakdown of the Regions and Autonomous Provinces, with respect to the containment measures, starting from March 29, sees Calabria, Campania, Emilia Romagna, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Lazio, Lombardy, Marche, Piedmont, the Autonomous Province of Trento, Puglia, Tuscany, Valle d'Aosta and Veneto, all the other Regions in the orange zone, and Lazio orange from 30 March.

 From 3 to 5 April all of Italy will be in the red zone

. It is forbidden to leave your home. You can only go to family and friends once a day. But it is still allowed to go to second homes (unless otherwise provided by Municipalities and Regions)



Lazio in Orange from today

As in the other orange regions for the citizens of Lazio it is allowed to move within their municipality from 5 to 22, starting from 22 on the other hand, there is still a ban on moving except for reasons of work, necessity or health. Also allowed to return to second homes located inside and outside the region. The return to one's home, residence, home is always allowed. Those who live in a municipality with a maximum of 5 thousand inhabitants are also allowed to move between 5 and 22 within 30 km from the border of their municipality, even in another region, with the prohibition, however, from moving to the provincial capitals.



Visits to relatives and friends

It is allowed, once a day, to move to another private home in the same municipality between 5 and 22 hours for a maximum of two people, in addition to those already living in the house. The person or two people who move will still be able to bring with them children under 14 (or other children under 14) and disabled or non self-sufficient people who live with them.



Schools Educational

services for children (nursery schools, kindergartens, elementary schools and middle schools): lessons are held entirely in person. High Schools: teaching activities will take place remotely until March 31, from April 7, teaching in the presence of 50% and up to a maximum of 75%. The possibility of carrying out activities in presence is always guaranteed if it is necessary to use laboratories or to maintain an educational relationship that achieves the effective school inclusion of pupils with disabilities and special educational needs. Universities prepare plans for the organization of teaching and curricular activities to be carried out remotely or in person. Exam sessions, graduation sessions, internships, laboratory activities, exercises, can be carried out in the presence in compliance with guidelines and protocols.



Bars and restaurants

Catering services within the premises (including pubs, bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors and pastry shops) are suspended. Catering with takeaway is allowed until 10pm, with a ban on consumption on the spot or nearby. No restrictions on home delivery catering. For subjects whose main activity is one of those identified by the ATECO 56.3 codes (bars and other similar establishments without a kitchen), take-away is allowed until 6 pm.



Shops, hairdressers and shopping centers Commercial

establishments all open at the usual times, including personal services (hairdressers, beauticians, etc.). On holidays and the day before holidays, pharmacies, parapharmacies, health centers, laundries and dry cleaners, food, agricultural and nursery products, tobacconists, newsagents and bookstores remain open in shopping centers.



Sports, swimming pools and gyms

It is allowed to carry out outdoor sports or physical activities, even in equipped areas and public parks, provided that in any case respecting the interpersonal safety distance of at least 2 meters for sports activities, unless it is necessary to presence of a companion for minors or for people who are not completely self-sufficient. It is allowed to go to public and private sports centers and clubs in one's own municipality or, in the absence of such structures, to neighboring municipalities, to carry out basic sports activities exclusively outdoors. The use of internal changing rooms in clubs is prohibited. Gyms, swimming pools and ski resorts remain closed.



Culture and entertainment

Closed exhibitions and museums. Libraries open upon reservation of the archives. Shows open to the public suspended.
