It was earlier this year that the assistant nurse Izabela Winroth experienced major shortcomings in the accommodation in Halmstad.

In a report to Halmstad municipality, she warned that her department was understaffed and that the work was heavy.

Which she considered led to shortcomings in the care of the housing users.

But Halmstad municipality, which only investigated the care the users received, has not found any shortcomings. 

Improvements are coming

Although the municipality's investigation does not point to any shortcomings, Attendo has presented 13 measures to improve operations and dialogue with its staff.

Something the municipality welcomes.

During the spring, Attendo's accommodation on Nissastrand will be included in the municipality's annual follow-up of care at the municipality's private care accommodation.

What do you take from the registration?

- Our opinion is that we have a forum for employees to contact us.

In this case, we have not been able to reach it and we regret that.
