Krefeld (dpa / lnw) - When cutting in after an overtaking maneuver, a motorcyclist rammed the trailer of a horse-drawn carriage in Krefeld on Monday.
The passenger (70) was thrown out of the carriage and seriously injured.
The motorcyclist also suffered serious injuries, as the Krefeld police announced.
The driver of the carriage was therefore slightly injured.
The cause of the collision was initially unclear.
The motorcyclist had overtaken a bus before the accident.
