Kiel (dpa / lno) - The seven-day incidence in Schleswig-Holstein has continued to rise slightly.

The number of new corona infections per 100,000 inhabitants in seven days was 68.5 on Sunday (66.5 on Saturday), according to data from the Ministry of Health in Kiel (as of March 28, 8:49 p.m.).

On Friday the value was 65.5, on the Sunday a week ago it was 59.9.

According to the Robert Koch Institute, the nationwide average was 129.7 nationwide on Sunday morning - and was thus also higher than the previous day (119.1).

Two districts exceeded the important mark of 100 new corona infections per 100,000 inhabitants: Segeberg (113.6) and Pinneberg (110.1).

Flensburg was also higher on Saturday with 104.3, but below again on Sunday (97.6).

The number of reported new corona infections in the north was 151 on Sunday and 329 on Saturday. On Saturday last week it was 305, on Sunday 92. The number of deaths rose by one to 1,427. In the hospital, there was a little more Corona with 199 -Patients treated, 51 of them in intensive care medicine, 27 were ventilated.

The last two values ​​also rose slightly.

Experience has shown that the numbers are somewhat lower on weekends and Mondays because less testing is done on the weekends.
