"Today at about 21:30 (20:30) from the roof of a house located on Metallistov Street in the Kirovsky district of the city of Samara, snow frost fell on two women," the message says.
As noted, from the received injuries one of the women died on the spot.
The second victim was taken to the hospital, where she is provided with the necessary medical assistance
On the fact of the incident, the investigators opened a criminal case under paragraph "c" of Part 2 of Art.
238 of the Criminal Code of Russia (Performance of work and provision of services that do not meet safety requirements).
Earlier, the capital's headquarters of the Investigative Committee reported that investigators are conducting an investigation into the death of a woman born in 1971 in the swimming pool of a fitness center in the north of Moscow.
