The S-shaped bridge has been transported in parts to Helsingborg and this week the last parts have been put in place.

Due to the heavy bridge sections, a lifting requirement of just over 100 meters had to be used.

- Some parts weigh up to over 60 tons.

It is large loads and large distances that the pieces have to be moved, so we need a very large crane to help, says Marie Holmqvist, project manager.

The bridge will connect the new district of Oceanhamnen with the central parts of Helsingborg and the project will cost a total of SEK 140 million.

This summer, it is expected to be ready and open to pedestrians and cyclists.
