The France Espoirs team has returned to a favorable position to qualify for the quarter-finals of the Euro by beating Russia 2-0 on Sunday in Szombathely (Hungary).
Beaten by Denmark on the first day (1-0), the Bleuets reacted well and the score was acquired at the break thanks to two penalties transformed by Edouard then Ikoné.
The French will face the already eliminated Iceland in Gyor on Wednesday.
If successful, they will qualify for the final phase.
