An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.0 occurred off the east coast of Kamchatka

The earthquake occurred early Monday morning local time.

Its epicenter was 205 km southeast of the regional center Ust-Kamchatsk.

The outbreak was located at a depth of 29.5 km under the seabed.

The energy class of the seismic event was 11.4.
