The altercation starts between two young people, Friday evening around 6 p.m., at the tram stop of the CHU Pellegrin in Bordeaux, but the events quickly degenerated, says France Bleu Gironde.
They fight with fists and other young people join the fight which gathered more than fifteen participants.
No less than 12 police crews were mobilized to put an end to this scuffle, the reason for which is unknown at this stage.
Two 15-year-olds emerge slightly injured by punches, and 15 young people, all aged 15 to 18, were arrested and taken into police custody overnight from Friday to Saturday.
No weapon was used in the fight.
They were released on Saturday but a preliminary investigation was opened to determine the responsibilities of each.
