It was in March last year that the policeman was released from the suspicions of rape.

He was also charged with several crimes and was convicted by the district court of 28 cases of data breach, three cases of breach of confidentiality and one case of minor drug offenses and misconduct.

The prosecutor appealed the verdict and demanded that the man be convicted of rape or negligent rape.

But the Court of Appeal, which has now tried the case, thus upholds the district court's judgment.

The Court of Appeal shares the district court's assessment that it has not been proven that the woman did not participate voluntarily.

The man was fired from his job after the district court's ruling.
