North Korea protested against US President Biden's criticism of "violation of the UN resolution," saying that the missile test firing is an action that belongs to the sovereign state's right to self-defense.

Labor Party Central Committee secretary Lee Byung-cheol said in a speech released today (27th) through the Chosun Central News Agency, "The test launch of a new tactical guided munition is due to the implementation of the defense science policy goals proposed by the Party and the government to strengthen the national defense capability. It is an act that belongs to the sovereign state's right to self-defense as a rough fairness.”

Secretary Lee said, "I express strong concern that the US ruling over the normal weapons tests belonging to the right to self-defense, believing that it is a violation of the UN's resolution, and revealing the extreme constituent hostility without hiding." It is a blatant violation and provocation of the state's right to self-defense,” he criticized.

He added, "The US can invade the Korean peninsula with nuclear strategic assets and launch intercontinental ballistic missiles, but it is a strong logic that we, as war partners, should not even test tactical weapons."

He argued that "if the US war practice in the front yard of one side of the war across the ocean is'defensive', we should also have the right to self-defense to subdue US military threats in the US mainland." I did.
