Rheine (dpa) - Because a truck has blown a tire, drivers must expect delays on Friday morning on the A30 between Rheine and Salzbergen in the direction of Amsterdam.
A police spokeswoman said the lane was fully closed until around 10 a.m.
The vehicle is currently being towed and several other trucks are standing across.
A diversion from Rheine has been set up.
According to the WDR traffic jam, a traffic jam about nine kilometers long formed around 9:00 a.m.
Accordingly, drivers had to allow up to 30 minutes more time at times.
The truck driver was uninjured.
