March 26, 2021 - US President Joe Biden has invited the president of China, Xi Jinping, and that of Russia, Vladimir Putin, to the world climate summit that the United States will organize on April 22. The US press reports it.
The summit, organized by the United States, will be held on 22 and 23 April and will be attended by about 40 world leaders. The decision to organize it was made by Biden to mark the return of the US to the Paris agreement that had been repudiated by former President Donald Trump.
