Hamm (dpa / lnw) - After a knife attack on a 32-year-old in a park in Hamm, the police arrested a suspect.
The 21-year-old is in custody, as the police announced on Friday.
According to a spokesman, the quarrel with punches and kicks on March 20, which probably arose by chance, had rocked up and culminated in the knife attack.
The 32-year-old was seriously injured.
He was able to leave the hospital in the meantime, according to the notification.
The suspect was discovered during a search of his apartment in Hamm on Wednesday.
