On Sunday evening, Agron and Aziz Metaj were out driving in Landskrona and suddenly they saw a woman hanging down a balcony.
They turned the car around, managed to get into the gate and then into the apartment which was open.
- We ran in and saw a man holding the woman in his hands.
They just held each other's fingers and it was about seconds.
She would probably have died in a few more seconds, says Aziz Metaj.
They grabbed the woman and pulled her up.
Shortly afterwards, the police arrived at the scene.
That two witnesses ran up to the apartment and pulled the woman up is also confirmed by prosecutor Kristoffer Nordström.

Investigation has been closed
Shortly after the brothers got the woman up from the balcony, the police arrived at the scene.
Two men in their 20s and 30s were arrested at the scene and later arrested on probable cause on suspicion of attempted murder.
After questioning both the men and the woman, the prosecutor decided on Monday to release the men and to close the investigation.
This is because it is not possible to prove that a crime has been committed.
