Deuerling (dpa / lby) - A dog attacked a senior citizen in Upper Palatinate, who suffered bite wounds on her buttocks, left arm and right leg.
The 80-year-old entered a property in Deuerling (Regensburg district) on Wednesday to deliver purchases when she was attacked by the dog, the police said on Thursday.
The dog had previously broken out of its not properly secured kennel.
According to the information, two police dog handlers were able to lock up the animal again.
The dog owner must now expect a complaint for negligent bodily harm.
