“Anna Kuznetsova said that at present, officially, the work on returning minors from Iraqi prisons has been completed, no information has been received that Russian children may still be there,” RIA Novosti reports the press service of the children's ombudsman.

Work on the return to their homeland of underage Russian citizens in Iraq and Syria began in the summer of 2017.

In total, 274 children have been returned to Russia from the zones of armed conflicts in the Middle East.
