Oschatz (dpa / sn) - A 15-year-old moped driver was seriously injured in an accident in Oschatz.
As the police announced on Thursday, a 30-year-old was driving her car north from Naundorf (northern Saxony district) on Wednesday evening.
Despite the unclear traffic situation, she overtook.
She collided with the oncoming 15-year-old moped driver.
The 30-year-old was uninjured.
A drug test on the woman was positive.
The police then temporarily withdrew her driver's license.
