Rafid Vehicle Solutions reported that its fleet took over Qatar and withdrew 19,809 violating and idle vehicles on the roads in various areas of Sharjah since the launch of the service in 2019 in cooperation with the police, and placed them in reservation networks and yards, in order to achieve a smooth flow of traffic.

"Rafid" explained to "Emirates Today" that it has provided several assistance services on the roads since the beginning of this year, which included filling fuel for vehicles, replacing expired batteries or tires, as well as a package of integrated services for owners of idle vehicles.

She added that it dealt with all the reports received from Sharjah Municipality inspectors and strategic partners regarding Qatar and the withdrawal of idle and violating vehicles according to an agreement it had signed to withdraw all neglected, violating or idle vehicles in all areas of Sharjah.

She emphasized that the road assistance service launched by the company in cooperation with partners aims to develop vehicle transportation operations, according to the best services and with high quality, in a way that guarantees the principle of safety on the road, and achieves a record response time for stalled and violating vehicles.

"Rafid" indicated that its service on the roads included the launch of a smart application that can be downloaded via smartphones, as towing vehicles provide "road service" to cars that need urgent services, such as refueling, changing tires, batteries, etc., and the service also provides the opportunity to transport vehicles that have stopped due to breakdowns.
