Stockholm (AP) - The Berlin pair skaters Annika Hocke / Robert Kunkel have reached the free-style finals at the World Figure Skating Championships in Stockholm.

In the short program, the EC seventh came in 13th place with a good, but not entirely flawless presentation with 57.48 points.

The second Berlin duo, Minerva Hase / Nolan Seegert, had to cancel the World Cup due to injury.

Minerva Hase had torn a syndesmosis ligament.

The Russian European champions Aleksandra Boikowa / Dimitri Koslowskii took the lead with 80.16 points.

The defending champions Wenjing Sui / Cong Han from China had to be content with second place and 77.62 points.

Unexpectedly, the young Russian couple Anastasia Mishina / Aleksander Galliamow came third with 75.79 points.

For the fourth place in the Olympics, Evgenija Tarasowa / Wladimir Morosow, it was only 4th place with 71.46 points.
