In Jönköping, it takes an average of nine months to get a court trial in sickness benefit cases and they decide 75 percent of the received social insurance cases within twelve months.

The goal they set together with the government is for 75 percent of sickness benefit goals to be decided within six months.

- We are aware that our processing times are a bit too long and we are constantly working to shorten the processing times, says Susanne Bagge who is head of the administrative court in Jönköping.
