Dresden (dpa (sn) - In Saxony, people demonstrated against the Corona measures on Monday evening. As the police announced on Tuesday, several hundred demonstrators gathered in Dresden, as well as smaller groups in Meißen and Riesa (district of Meißen) and in Annaberg- Buchholz (Erzgebirgskreis). According to the police, there have been several violations of the obligation to wear mouth and nose protection in Dresden and Riesa.
While at the protests in Dresden, according to a spokesman for the police, both opponents and supporters of the corona measures, people who are close to the “lateral thinking” group gathered in Meißen and Riesa.
In Annaberg-Buchholz, the meeting took place under the motto "Rule of Law, Fundamental Rights, Democracy and Corona Measures".
