Los Angeles (AP) - Oscar winner Gwyneth Paltrow has said she has learned important lessons from her divorce.
“I never wanted to get a divorce,” said the 48-year-old in a podcast by actress Anna Faris about the divorce from singer Chris Martin in 2016. “In theory, I never wanted to not be married to the father of my children.
But I learned more about myself through this process than I could have imagined. "
Just because she focused on self-responsibility, "I was then able to find the most amazing man and build something with Brad [Falchuk], my husband, that I never had before."
He encourages them to deal with their problems and to develop themselves.
The couple has been married since 2018.

Paltrow and Martin have two children together: daughter Apple (16) and son Moses (14).
