Police concluded that the shooting was the sole offense of a 21-year-old man, Ahmed Alishi.
It is known that the suspect was heavily armed with an assault rifle AR-15 at the time of the crime and wearing a tactical bulletproof vest.

By the time the sound ended, I was suddenly getting out of the back of the building.] While the
motive for the crime is still unknown, a media interview with the suspect's younger brother said that the suspect was being bullied at school and experiencing insanity.
President Biden said he was shocked by the subsequent shootings and called on Congress to tighten gun control.
