"The Inter-Territorial Council confirmed that we are resuming vaccinations with the help of AstraZeneca on Wednesday, and the age limit has been increased to 65 years," TASS quotes the Minister of Health of the Kingdom, Carolina Darias, as saying.
Previously, the Spanish authorities allowed vaccination with AstraZeneca for people between 18 and 55 years old.
Earlier it was reported that the European Union will carefully consider requests for the export of the AstraZeneca coronavirus vaccine to the UK.
