Russia denounces US refusal of public Biden-Putin dialogue

Russia regretted Monday the refusal, according to it, of the United States to organize a public dialogue between Vladimir Poutine and Joe Biden, at the initiative of the Russian president, after their verbal pass of arms last week.

"This is yet another wasted opportunity to break the deadlock in Russian-American relations which exists through Washington's fault," the Russian Foreign Ministry said in a concise statement.
