Berlin (dpa / bb) - Berlin's Senator for Economic Affairs Ramona Pop (Greens) has called for faster tests and vaccinations this Monday before the planned Prime Minister's Conference (MPK).
“The MPK cannot revolve around the question of“ Lockdown yes or no ”,” she said on Sunday.
"It must be ensured that testing and vaccination are significantly faster in order to avoid a relapse into the hard lockdown."
The quick opening of vaccinations is particularly important for family and company doctors.
"This is the only way we can really expand."
Chancellor Angela Merkel (CDU) will meet with the heads of the federal states on Monday to negotiate countermeasures again in view of the increasing number of new infections.
Among other things, an extension of the currently valid restrictions until April 18 is under discussion.
