Just before midnight on Monday night, the rescue service was alerted to an industrial premises on Tellbovägen in Linghem, outside Linköping.

During the night, the rescue service was on site with seven units and twelve firefighters.

The building could not be saved, but had to burn down under controlled conditions.

Around 01.31, the rescue service began to dismantle personnel from the site, but remains at the site for follow-up.

According to P4 Östergötland, the police suspect that the fire may have been started.


- We have in the near future had another fire in the exact same place when several vehicles started to burn, says duty officer Lars-Göran Nilseryd to the radio channel.

SVT Öst has sought representatives of the police so far without success.
