On Friday night, the ground at Fagradalsfjall opened near the capital Reykjavik and the volcanic area erupted.

And the outbreak in Iceland is still going on.

And as more lava has erupted, visitors have also flocked to the power of nature.

- It is fantastic, absolutely fantastic, says Stefano Manza, who studies volcanology in Italy on a daily basis.

But at the same time as visitors flock to look at the earth's interior, the rescue service is worried.

After all, it's lava.

- People go there very poorly equipped and it is a difficult situation.

It is lava, it is dark and the walk takes several hours, says Steinar Thor Kristinsson, at Grindavik's rescue service.
