March 20, 2021 Disruptions occurred during the day in the vaccination centers of Como, Cremona and Brianza.

Doctors and nurses were ready to vaccinate, but the patients in the queue were far fewer than the bookings made through the Aria platform, which apparently did not send confirmation text messages to the interested parties.

In particular,

only about sixty of the 600 booked arrived

in

Cremona

in the morning.

The staff immediately activated to contact those over 80, teachers, military and law enforcement, who were on the waiting list and at the end of the day there were 1100 vaccinations, 638 with Pfizer and 472 with AstraZeneca.

In

Como,

initially there were only a few people in the queue, but thanks to the emergency calls, all 772 vaccinations scheduled for Larian citizens over 80 were carried out, of which 136 first doses and 212 AstraZeneca doses.

Even the ASST

Monza

, after the initial chaos, managed to complete the 1300 scheduled administrations, of which 400 with AstraZeneca intended for school staff.

From what is known, the cause of the reservation service failure may have been caused by an "overbooking".
