Mülheim (dpa / lnw) - A patrol car crashed into a bridge pillar in Mülheim.
Two officers were seriously injured, the police announced on Saturday.
In the early morning, the 33-year-old driver of the police car had left the roadway and hit the pillar of a railway bridge for reasons that were not yet clear.
He and his 33-year-old colleague suffered serious injuries.
The investigation into the cause of the accident is ongoing.
