About 30 pieces of paper with the party's logo were stapled to a wooden railing, a police spokeswoman said.
A witness discovered the leaflets with political content on Friday in Hirschaid (Bamberg district) and called the police.
The officials did not want to disclose what exactly was to be read on the flyers and which party it was.
They also did not provide any information on whether they were lies or conspiracy theories related to the corona pandemic.
According to the officials, the corona measures in particular were questioned.
The Bamberg criminal police are investigating.
