Bretzfeld (dpa / lsw) - In a traffic accident near Bretzfeld (Hohenlohekreis), one man was life-threatening and two other men were seriously injured.
As the police announced on Friday, a man was driving a pickup truck on Autobahn 6 on Thursday when he hit a tractor-trailer truck driving in front of him.
The pickup truck got wedged in the tractor-trailer and was dragged along for another 100 meters before it detached itself and stopped.
The driver was critically injured in the impact and was taken to a hospital by helicopter.
His two passengers were seriously injured and taken to hospitals.
The cause of the accident was initially unclear.
