• Conditions: Former Vox deputies agree with the PP the parental pin and negotiate positions in the Government

The Popular Party and the former Vox deputies whose support has allowed this Thursday to stop the motion of censure in Murcia are polishing the last details of the agreement that they closed this Wednesday.

The

popular ones

finally give the Ministry of Education to the former deputies of the Santiago Abascal party, for whom this area is fundamental.

In fact, the main condition that they put on the

popular

to support them and frustrate the agreement between the PSOE and Ciudadanos was the immediate implementation of the parental pin.

From the highest level of this counseling, the effective implementation of parental censorship in the classrooms would be ensured.

According to sources familiar with the negotiations, Deputy

Mabel Campuzano will be

the person chosen to lead the Department of Education in the Region of Murcia once the pact is definitively signed.

At the moment, in addition, there are several agreements on the table and in all of them it is contemplated, by the former deputies of Vox, to support the reform of the well-known President's Law - a regulation that limits the terms of office to eight - and also the Budgets for 2021.

Unclosed pacts

Apart from the document in which Campuzano is placed as Minister of Education, there is another in which a different council is at stake, although it has not yet transpired which one, according to the same sources.

From this amalgam of pacts not yet closed, although very well established, in which those expelled from Abascal's party consolidate the parental pin,

Juan José Liarte will

continue to

act as

spokesperson for the group of wayward deputies of Vox.

Disrupting the motion of censure raised a week ago by the national leaderships of the PSOE and Cs was so vital for the PP that even the party's president, Pablo Casado, went to the vote this Thursday as a sign of support for President Fernando López Miras.

In the failure of the alliance between socialists and

oranges,

the support of the former Vox deputies has been fundamental.

The change of government proposed to las bravas did not go ahead as it did not have the necessary 23 votes (absolute majority).

To the three votes against the deputies

Isabel Franco

,

Valle Miguélez

and

Francisco Álvarez

- who broke the discipline of Ciudadanos to ensure the continuity of López Miras - was joined by the abstention of the president of the Murcian parliament,

Alberto Castillo

, and the three votes of the parliamentarians expelled from Vox, Juan José Liarte, Mabel Campuzano and

Francisco Carrera

.
