North Korea has said that dialogue can be made only when the US hostile policy toward North Korea is withdrawn.

In a talk with the First Minister of Foreign Affairs Choi Sun-hee, North Korea said that no contact or dialogue with the United States could be made unless the US's hostile dash policy against North Korea is withdrawn, and said North Korea will continue to ignore attempts to contact the United States in the future.

First Injury Choi Sun-hee also confirmed that the Biden administration made an attempt to contact North Korea.

First Injury Sun-hee Choi said that the United States had been in contact with New York and other channels since mid-last month, and that the night before the ROK-US training had sent a message asking North Korea to respond to the contact again through a third country.

First vice president Choi argued, "In order for the dialogue itself to take place, there must be an atmosphere in which people can sit down and communicate with each other equally," and "make it clear that they will never give the same opportunities as in Singapore or Hanoi again." .

First Injury Choi accused him of spitting out a very sneaky sophistry that the North Korean threat and a complete denuclearization command were the only sounds that came out after the change of power in the United States, and that even North Korea's quarantine measures were undermining'humanitarian aid'.

First vice president Choi said, "It would be good for the United States to think carefully about what North Korea will do in the continuing pursuit of an anti-North Korean dash policy." Said.
