Four days before the start of the presidential election, the military began to vote in advance in Congo Brazzaville.

In Dolisie, the country's third largest city and the Republic of Congo's second military defense zone, the defense and security forces were at the polls.

A total of 7 candidates are in the running.

Among them the opponent Mathias Dzon, former Minister of the Economy from 1997 to 2002 before moving into the opposition.
